Time to power wash your car with PS Plus monthly games

More games should join before the holydays.

PlayStation has announced its PS Plus lineup for December featuring three games. The first includes Lego racing, the second simulates a job, and the third packs a cel-shaded art style.

From December 5 until January 1, PlayStation Plus members will be able to claim:

  • Lego 2K Drive | PS4, PS5
  • Powerwash Simulator | PS4, PS5
  • Sable | PS5

While November’s PS Plus list included many more games, these first December batch is nothing to scuff at.

Lego 2K Drive, as you may have guessed, is an open world car racing Lego game. You will be able to explore every nook and cranny, customise your car, and even build your own tracks. You can play the game in solo, local co-op, or online with five players. It also supports cross-platform multiplayer, though excluding the Nintendo Switch. Note, while you can explore the open world in online multiplayer, the story is only accessible in solo or local co-op.

Powerwash Simulator let’s you take on the job of cleaning houses, cars, etc. with your handy pressure washer. It’s a relaxing game playable in solo or online co-op with up to five friends. The first time you play a mission, you can only invite one player, but more players can join after you move on to the second. This one racks up extremely positive reviews on Steam.

Sable is a cel-shaded title where you explore the relics of a past world. Here you won’t find any fighting, and the game won’t hold your hand. The game leaves you alone to find your way through its puzzles and platforming. This one gives me Journey vibes with its colour palette and simple art style.

PlayStation Plus game list for December.

That said, at least for me, none can dethrone the novelty of Teardown from November. Dead Island and Superliminal were also definitely worth a shot if you didn’t have time to enjoy them yet. Moreover, there should be a second batch specific to Extra and Premium members later this month. So, stay Tuned.

Lastly, we remind you that you still have until December 4 to add Mafia II: Definitive Edition, Dragon Ball: The Breakers, and Aliens Fireteam Elite to your game library.
