So many Nvidia RTX 40 Series GPUs are at their lowest price yet

These are the RTX reductions you've been waiting for.

RTX 40 Series savings.

Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics cards have long maintained their lofty price points thanks to their complicated relationship with crypto, over-commitments to TSMC, and RTX 30 Series sticking around a little longer than its predecessors. Fortunately, with 50 Series just around the corner, there are plenty of great deals pushing each model to the cheapest we’ve ever seen, whether you’re in the market for an entry-level RTX 4060 or an RTX 4080 Super powerhouse.

If you’re wondering why RTX 4090 isn’t part of the roster, that’s because stock is running a little thin. It’s unlikely the best graphics card would get the same treatment even if there were plenty to go around, but demand currently outstrips supply.

MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ventus 2X offers a fantastic entry into DLSS 3 with Frame Generation, Nvidia’s unrivalled upscaler. Currently, AMD FSR and Intel XeSS do an admiral job of providing hardware-agnostic alternatives, but none compete with Team Green’s proprietary offering, which can sometimes double your frame rate in supported games without harming image quality.

This dual-fan 8GB card currently sports a 12% discount in the UK, running you £254.99 on Amazon UK and OverclockersUK. On the continent, you’ll spot anywhere between 6% and 11% off, letting you grab the device for as little as €292.00. Read our Palit GeForce RTX 4060 Dual review for more of our thoughts on the general GPU.

“With up to twice the performance and efficiency of the previous generation, DLSS 3 is MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti’s secret weapon, netting up to four times the performance versus brute rendering.”

Although MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Ventus 2X is another dual card with 8GB of RAM, 29% more CUDA cores than its 4060 variant give it the edge in games. Generally, you can expect around 20fps more at both HD and QHD resolutions, depending on the title. We called the GPU “1080p on steroids” in our Gaming X Trio review, which only differs marginally in its fan count and clock speeds.

You can save up to 17% depending on the storefront, as RTX 4060 Ti 8GB is down to just £329.99 on Amazon UK and OverclockersUK. There aren’t too many discounts overseas, making this more of a Blighty exclusive.

If I were to recommend anything when shopping for a new graphics card, it’s to go no less than 12GB of VRAM. You can’t go wrong with 8GB at 1080p, but anything more with ultra settings or HD textures will start to put a strain on your system. This is where Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Eage OC V2 comes in, giving you plenty of memory to play with in demanding games like Far Cry 6.

On British shores, you can get it for under £500 from Scan. Flicking through Amazon US, France, Germany, and Italy, I can’t see anything quite on the same level as this UK, but there are a couple on the next entry. Check out our Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition review for more insights.

Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Super is one of the most impressive graphics cards in Team Green’s latest line-up, giving RTX 3090 a run for its money. At around 20% faster than the standard model for £19 more on OverclockersUK, Gainward GeForce RTX 4070 Super Ghost is a no-brainer.

This particular model isn’t available at the same discount internationally, but other variants have seen some price cuts. Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Super Eagle OC is just $599.99 on Amazon US, while Asus GeForce RTX 4070 Super falls as low as €630 in certain European countries.

Jumping up to 16GB VRAM, Palit GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super offers the ideal amount of memory for gaming in 2024, especially if you’re eyeing up 4K resolution. Paired with a 256-bit bus, it also makes the GPU incredibly versatile for other tasks, like video rendering, LLMs, and general multi-tasking. We dive a little deeper in our Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Gaming OC review, which is within margins of what you’ll see here.

OverclockersUK currently saves you 8% on the GPU, offering Palit GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super for £709.99. Every model I’ve listed in this article is currently the cheapest it’s ever been, but I can’t emphasise enough just how much lower this is than the competition. The next best price I can spot is £779.99. Amazon brings MSI’s alternative below $800 in the US, which is a welcome change of pace, while PNY’s Verto option is €833.

At the top of the stack sits Gainward GeForce RTX 4080 Super Panther OC with a mighty fine £100 off at £889.99. It’s the first I’ve seen this beast fall so low. Nvidia has since discontinued RTX 4080, so it’s best compared with its 10-20% uplift over RTX 4070 Ti Super instead. Not bad, considering its price is currently within 14% of its little brother.

Underscoring just how good of a price this is, costs are still over $1,000 in the US and €1,000 in all European countries I’ve checked. To know what you’re getting for your money, take a look at our Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 Super Founders Edition review.
