The only thing more exciting than hopping into a brand-new game is experiencing it with the extra visual clarity of a new screen. Fortunately, you can hit two birds with one stone thanks to MSI’s new deal bundling Monster Hunter Wilds with select gaming monitors.
To get your hands on Capcom’s critter chasing sequel without having to pay a penny, simply purchase an eligible MSI gaming monitor and leave a review on the designated platform. It comes with the usual caveats, being subject to participating retailers and availability tied to the stock of both displays and game codes. You can find more details here.
Adding a cherry on top, you can get an additional £25 Steam voucher as a bonus if you opt for one of the brand’s fancy QD-OLED displays. This is just enough to get another game during sales, the next of which lands on March 13.
The list of eligible monitors include:
4K and 1440p QD-OLEDs:
- MAG 271QPX QD-OLED E2
- MAG 321UP QD-OLED
- MAG 321CUP QD-OLED
- MAG 341CQP QD-OLED
- MPG 271QRX QD-OLED
- MPG 272URX QD-OLED
- MPG 321CURX QD-OLED
- MPG 321URX QD-OLED
- MPG 321URXW QD-OLED
4K IPS and VA:
- MAG 274UPF E2
- MAG 274URFW
- MAG 321CUPDF
- MAG 321CUP
- MPG 274URF QD
- Optix MPG321UR-QD
The cheapest from each category are the MAG 271QPX QD-OLED E2 at £748.98 and MAG 274URFW at £398.99 on Amazon. The former is a 2560×1440 QD-OLED monitor boasting 240Hz refresh rate and great picture quality, whereas the second is a 3840×2160 IPS maxing out at 160Hz. Both are good picks, depending on your needs.
Note however that this deal is limited in time and quantity. You have until March 31 to buy your monitor, and until April 14 to claim your code. Most importantly, the prize pool is limited in number, with only 198 keys still available at the time of writing. You can check the remaining stock here.
Monster Hunter Wilds is set to release on February 28. You can check if your PC has the guts to run it comfortably using the official game benchmark available on Steam. Good hunting.
